Philanthropy

Our sorority is about more than just helping our sisters. We also participate in philanthropy events that benefit our community and charity organizations. Whether it is through donations or work, we believe there is always room for giving back.

Girl Scouts of America
Phi Sigma Rho focuses on developing strong women which is why we work alongside the Girl Scouts of America to inspire and encourage young girls to reach their goals.
ITP Walk for Platelets
We also team up with other Greek organizations to raise awareness and funds for research.
In past years, we have been joined by Triangle fraternity during our ITP Walk for Platelets.
1,000 Cranes for Cancer
Cranes for Cancer is an organization dedicated to raising awareness and hope for cancer patients through the art of origami. With the help of other sororities and fraternities, we were able to make 1,000 cranes for cancer. These cranes went to a 4 year old boy from Florida named Ryder who was diagnosed with DIPG, an incurable form of brain cancer.
